Performance Appraisal System is a web based solution for employee’s performance , appraisal form filling and assessment of their appraisal based on the feed back entered at various levels.
This is a software System designed for maintaining the employee’s track Record and the work carried out by the individual employee. The employee’s fill up this web based form and submit through the web. This form will get escalated to the next level. For Ex; When the junior Engineer submits the form it will get escalated to the Project Leader where in he/she adds the performance comments , and the same will be escalated to the next level. There is a provision for tracking the form back and the same can move forward and backward.
This way the system works and based on the feedback filled at various levels the employee’s appraisal will be done.
